Hi guys im doing a scan on my cousins computer and she needs some files to be removed and I've done all i can to remove what was in it but now i cant seem to get rid of the others, this is something i need to learn and handle thanks guys :tazz:

The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection.
