Repair Your Computer wont work on my laptop

Hi all thanks for allowing me to join

When i press F8 to go into that menu that gives safe mode and stuff, when i click Repair Your Computer, it wont work, it just asks me to switch off computer.

How do i fix this. The trouble started after i installed Winutilities which ended up deleting all my photos as well as installed programs showing as empty when i click start in bottom left corner. If i try to open Windows Media for instance it says its empty (since Winutilities deleted my stuff) hence i tried to use Repair Your Computer and that wont work either

Help as im desperate
