Had a problem a couple of weeks ago with Ashserv using 99% of the CPU.
Something to do with Avast Antivirus.
Couldnt find out what was up but have now reinstalled antivirus with some success.
Now have Backweb Lite but cannot get rid with Spybot.
Here is my log and thanks for taking the time to look at it.
