My question is that I noticed on the Motherboard that the PCI Express 2.0 x16 and on the Video cards it is PCI Express 2.1 x16 will that be a problem ? 2.0 - 2.1

Nice build you have put together :D
In answer to your question most if not all modern GFX cards are backwards compatible so your card will function at 2.0.
I noticed you have listed X2 HDDs, for me the 6GG/s type is the way to go.

Thank you phillpower2 for the quick response. I thought that but was not sure as I am new to the Custom Building. I own a Computer repair shop and was deciding to expand into this area. I'm not sure how the market for these rigs are though, as I need to test the waters. Do you think the motherboard is sufficient enough ?

Dependent on your target market, for me there is too much negative feedback from only 24 reviews at Newegg.
