hello.
I'm all very new to this and a real eejit when it comes to computers so be gentle with me!
I've tried to download the files recommended before posting a log but they won't save to the computer! When i try again it stops responding and has to be ended in task manager.
I have Spybot which runs fine but my ad aware scans to a point then stops and bitdefender won't scan at all now. They were working.
My computer was fine but has started to act strangely-settings changed, looked different, messages appearing,etc. A friend helped a bit but said I should try this.
Your help would be much appreciated!
