I have a virus PLEASE HELP!

I visited a website and got a notification from MSE about 2 new infections.

Backdoor:Win32/Cybot.B

I quarantine them as suggested but they just keep coming back. My computer will not allow me to do a system restore nor can I boot into safe mode (my PC has never let me do it - it's as if the keyboard does not work during boot up).

Please help!

Ok I'm working from my iPod, internet explored says it cannot display the webpage and firefox says the proxy server is refusing connections.

Can anybody please help?

Nevermind, located the file myself and deleted it.

My internet browsers still didn't work but I realised the virus changed the proxy settings so I just selected auto proxy options.

Problem solved.
