Everytime I try to play a downloaded game it lags bad. I've been trying to get a lot of help, but nothing seems to work. Any help?

Sadly, you've told us nothing about your computer, your connection, or what you did to try and fix your problem.

Have you scanned for malware?
Ensured you have lots of free disk space?
Have sufficient RAM?
Enough graphics horsepower?

I have not scanned for Malware, I have nothing downloaded (unistalled everything because they were lagging) I have 6.00 RAM, And I have the latest DirectX 11, I've tried to restore my computer, but I still lags.

Ok I've done that, I've tried a anti virus program called Avast. My computer is Windows 7 Premium, and my graphic card is Nvidia, and my graphics are 4.2, gaming graphics 5.1 and after using OTL by Oldtimer this is my report.
