From what youv'e said, it's unlikely to be a problem with either your email client or your email provider.
More likely to be a problem with those non-recipients' mail clients or their email providers.
Ask them to check their "spam" or "bulk mail" folders either within their email client software or on their web mail service if they have one, as it's possible your messages are being incorrectly classified as "spam" in those cases where your messages are not being received.
And if that is the case, your messages will most likely continue to be treated as spam until those non-recipients get it sorted.
