Hi,

Recently my laptop has been blocking all internet sites and popping up with what looks like a fake Antivirus program called "Win 7 Anti-Spyware 2011" so I was told to run HijackThis which I have done, and created and saved the log file, but I am now unsure on what to do next?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
