I have a Toshiba Laptop Satellite L300 Series that won't connect to the internet while other Laptops in the house can. When I try to connect is says "Validating Identity".
I've tried everything.... can someone please help me!

Version of Windows
Did it ever work?
Can you connect via Ethernet?
What WAP (wireless access point - typically a wireless router)?

have you tryed it with an ethanet cable if so you may need to reset your box
