Hello,

Can someone help me with is issue I've been having for quite sometime now, with my wi-fi connection?
The problem is that once I get disconnected from a wireless network, I can not reconnect to any wireless connection without rebooting my PC.
It doesn't matter how the connection was lost (i.e. whether the router shut down or I disconnected from a particular network or restarted my wi-fi adapter) the problem is constant and has been there for atleast 3-4 months now. It is sort of annoying since when I'm working and the power goes and the router restarts, the connection is lost for a couple of seconds but I always have to quit whatever i was doing and restart my PC!!

The computer I'm using is a Sony Vaio VPCEA36FG with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. (Wi-fi Adapter: Intel® WiFi Link 1000 BGN)

Is anyone else having the same problem? Can anyone help me fix it?

Not that great with computers so please keep it simple!

Thank you.
