G Mail shuts off automatically

I'll be typing something in my g mail e mail account, and when I go to sent, it says that I've been logged off. When I re- login, part of the message that I was typing is there and part is not, apparently up to the point where I got logged off for whatever reason.

Other times, I'll be using g mail, and it just takes me back to the login screen waiting for me to relogin with my password. Strange.
