My computer keeps crashing, at least once a day. Sometimes I have to attempt to reboot more than once before the system will perform. I have antivir software, spybot software, and have added Malwarebytes. I do scans, but they find nothing. When I do reboot, a window, unidentified, shows for a second and then disappears. When I have Task Master in place, it does not show anything when the window makes its brief appearance.

Can anyone help me to clean my computer?
