Hi, an error message titled Microsoft.NET Framework keeps popping up, it says "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. Access to the path: 'C:\ProgramData\ToshibaEurope\Registration\settings.xml' is denied"

I've had a fake security centre virus before and it basically destroyed my old PC. I'm not sure if this is a virus or a real error? Could I try delete the file it is referring to? As I've already registered?

Any help would be hugely appreciated, thanks!
