bad image message

on start up and when opening any software I get a message that 'The application or DLL C\PROGA~1\Google\GOOGLE~1\GOE62~1.DLL is not a valid Windows image. Please check this againts your installation diskette.

Can anyone help please?

Please ignore this post - I've managed to fix it by removing the named DLL using Hijackthis as suggested by a smilar post.
