This one stumps me and I can't find how to fix it in the old topics.
I'm trying to get the computer (Win XP Home ) to recognize my digital camera. The Polaroid guy said I need to go into the Bios and enable Com 1... It's missing from the Hardware listing in Computer Properties. I've tried to get into the Bios from the Boot page but it isn't listed.
Any help on how to do this would be greatly appreciated.

<_< I'm embarrassed.... I did a search and stumbled onto the identical question I posted last April 18 under "Serial Port/Com 1 problem". There also was my answer.... Getting old and forgetful. I printed it out and told my wife if I ever have that problem again to do a se4arch of my file and the answer is there.
Thanks,Tom
