Hi,

No need for sfc log. I don't think that your problems are malware related. But please proceed with AVP Tool scan anyway just to be sure.

After this we will disable some of yours non-Microsoft context menu handlers.

Hi,

Please do the following:

  • Please download ShellExView for x64 from here to your desktop.
  • Unzip it to your desktop and open shexview-x64 folder.
  • Run shexview.exe by double click on it.
  • On User Accont Control window click Yes button.
  • ShellExView window will open.

Click on Options menu and then on Filter by Extension By Type
Select Context Menu and click on OK.

  • Now disable non-Microsoft context menu handlers *one-by-one* and verify if the problem is solved.
  • To disable particular item select it click on File menu and then on Disable Selected Items.
  • If disabling one does not solve the problem, undo the disabled item and disable the next non-Microsoft handler.
  • Do the same until the problem is solved and finally identify the culprit.

Note: Scroll right to see the Company Name column in ShellExView.
