I have Windows 7 Enterprise installed on my desktop computer. On it, I have XP Mode installed. I just recently purchased a laptop with Windows 7 Professional. I plan on installing XP Mode on it as well. Is it possibly to just copy the VHD file from my desktop to my laptop so I won't have to reinstall all my programs and edit all my settings on my XP Mode virtual machine? Or would that be considered piracy, meaning I do have to go through all the steps of setting up a new XP Mode on the laptop?

thanks,
mike.
