Hello! Been a while, eh?? OK! I have Windows XP Pro, SP3. I found this in my Program Files...

In Downloaded Program Files

{E2883E8F-472F-4FB0-9522-AC9BF37916A7}

Active X Control

Version: 1.6.2.102

Created: 8/11/2004
last accessed: Today

Dependency: C: WINDOWS\DOWNLOADE...\GP.OCX*
C:WINDOWS\DOWNLOADED...\GP.INF*

description: unknown
Company: unknown
Language: unknown
Copyright: unknown

Codebase: Code Base: http://platformdl.ad...S/getPlusPlus/1

Total size: 0 bytes (None)
Status: Damaged

now, my question is, I know I should delete this, but will I have to re-download all my Adobe? Doesn't look like I should have it on here. I do have the latest Adobe update, flash, and keep everything up to date as it is..

Just don't' like to see the "damaged" in there is all.

TIA!

Oh, edit already!! My ISP has checked the tower for malware, and all is clear of that. Nothing in that area... :)

It's an installer. You install from it. You can delete it. If needed, download again.
