Question/problem - im pretty sure this is a hardware problem, not a software or virus problem...Anyways i was on a normal everyday web site. the screen/computer froze, so i held the power button down to restart it now the screen wont come on, but the fans and hard drives i can hear still boot up.. what do i do now?

Try another power supply. The fans spinning only indicates the presence of 12V. The PSU must still provide +5 and +3.3V. So you need to verify you have good power before looking elsewhere.

But be prepared, this could also indicate a fried CPU, RAM, motherboard or all three.
