I am using MS Outlook 2007 and Win 7. How do delete all of the items in the file “Deleted Items” ? I do not want to delete them individually.
Thanks,
Eddie460

Hello, you should be able to right-click on the Deleted Items folder and choose to Empty Folder. The same option should also be available under the Junk E-Mail folder, one option and they all will disappear!

Hi eddie460:

You may configure it to Delete on Exit i.e. when closing Outlook it will automatically empty deleted item folder
