computer running sluggishly since updating...

My computer is running very sluggishly since updating the video driver and downloading IE9.
It is really bothering me as it causes random freezing or wonky game play whe playing a game.

I have a HP p6310y, with AMD Athlon processor 2.8 ghz, 600gb ram
64bit operating system.

Try rolling back the video driver in the Device Manager first, if this does not work try uninstalling IE9 and see how that goes, good luck and let us know how it goes or if we can help you in any way.
