Did it come from your computer, or was it from your webmail ?

Look in your sent items folder of your e-mail client and note whether they are sent from there and how many

I don't know if it sent it to everyone on my list, but I got automatic replies back from emails that don't exist anymore, and I got manual replies back from real people asking about it. It must be from a program I downloaded in the last few days.

Do you use a webmail ? i.e. Hotmail or something like that ?

If so then reset the password on the account and see if the spam continues

OK, I'll do that. What I suspect is I downloaded a program that finds the product keys of things installed on your system, and it might've been a trojan.

Before you run any programme like that I would always recommend that you scan it with an Antivirus and an Antimalware programme

Could you run a malwarebytes scan and post the log please

I changed it. You don't think it's a virus? Just someone or something remotely using my email?

There is the probability that your e-mail password was hacked and someone was using it to spam.

Any further occurences ?

No, it's probably fine now. I had this problem before and I changed my password, and I must've changed it back to the old one at some point and that's why it happened again.
