I have a Motorola Defy phone which I update using a portal that can only run on Internet Explorer.
In order to update files on my phone I need to access the file manager, but this has recently become blocked and I get a forbidden message.

I repaired/reinstalled Windows 7 and this worked, but when Windows updated the problem returned.
I've tried Rootkit Unhooker but this wouldn't work at all.

I have updated my phone successfully on friends and families computers, so it doesn't appear to be an issue with my phone.

Any help would be appreciated.

My phone has had a software update today and seems to be working, fingers crossed it stays that way.
