My computer is working okay, to a point. It boots, shows icons, but I cannot use Start to get on the Internet. I have to use an icon to get on the web. Nor can I access the registry to few days ago to get around the problem. The computer is working, but it's not supposed to be this way I think.

I noticed on the blue ball which has the white arroow in the right hand corner has fewer items there now.

When I click on Internet IE I get the "Open With" box it shows Adobe Reader, Internet Explorer, iTunes and list of programs.

In the box it says:

Choose the program you want to use to opne this file.

It happened when I was on porn sites and clicked on the ads on the side.
