PC crashers when playing certain games

Hello recently my PC started crashing while playing certain games, sometimes the whole PC crashes other times the game freezes/then pc crashes.]

It happens when playing Starcraft 2/APB Reloaded.

My PC specs are:

Windows Vista 32 bit.
nvidia geforce gtx 285 (black edition)
3 gb RAm
Intel Core2 Duo CPU E4500 @ 2.20ghz.

I have attached a copy ofa DxDiag, also ran 3 antiviruses (Avast antivirus/spybot Search and Destroy/Advanced SystemCare

Could anybody please help me out?

@Edit: I also have upgraded my graphics card drivers today to the newest ones.
