An error message has been popping up about high memory usage by Spider Solitaire (what? solitaire? really?). There should be 1gb of memory on the computer. When I go to check the memory by right clicking computer it comes up unavailable and when I go to system information the whole thing comes up as missing. I attempted to run Hijackthis to post a logfile here, but the logfile wont pop up. I may have missed a step somewhere? When Dell was called, they claimed that there was a virus but wanted $170/infected computer to clean it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
