weird voice says time..yea

ok i don't know what started it or what but all of a sudden there's a voice that says the time on the hour. like 3:00 and what not. i'm not really sure what to look under or for to get ride of this annoyance.

any ideas?

first place to look is ,start/allprograms /startup folder ,what in there, if anything

Check in you Task Manager if you have got some unknown program running in the background and kill it and find the original file and remove it.
Also check with 'msconfig' if you have any unknown/unwanted startup programs that might cause the problem.
