Cannot get some Video Streaming sites to work

I cannot get video to steam on many of the sites. I have been trying to view CNET.com for months and today I tried Comedy Central for the first time and it does not work (adswork sometimes). You tube works and I can watch videos on other sites. I have the latest Adobe Flash player and JAVA. Please help me fix this.
