The power source on my computer died, so I took the 2 hard drives out and put them in an old computer. The C drive works exactly the same but the other drive just says "the disk in drive E is not formatted. do you want to format it?" how can i get to the files?

You can look for a 3.5 HDD Enclosure.
Depending if your HDD is SATA or IDE then you go by that to choose a SATA or IDE input.
