Now that virus wont let her access the internet or open any programs, it's blocking all internet access apart from skype which I am communicating with her.
The program claimed to be a antivirus. Now she can't get rid of it
Also whenever she tries to open a file it says Open With.
Now all her files/file locations are stuffed up. What do I tell her to do?
