I was having no problems using my DVD shrink then all of a sudden it started to take 2-3 hours to copy instead of 1/2 hour - 45 minutes. I un-installed the program and started all over again, but have had no luck. It takes 4-5 minutes to analyze, when it used to take 1 minute. It now takes 2-4 hours to get it ready to burn then fails to complete the process. I've tried defragmenting my hard drive but that did not help. It seems like it is not compressing my files becasue when it starts to burn the DVD it fails before the task is complete. This is the error:

Write error
