Greetings to all.

I have a new computer that somehow got infected with a trojan. Windows malware remover removed it and restarted but then it came back after reboot. Then I got a BSOD with drive error. When it restarted it was in an infinite bootloop. I got into the system repair screen and tried a restore, but nothing. It did everything it needed to but when it was time for it to reboot into recovery it was stuck in boot loop again. Also It is an HP so there are no installation CDs. And the CD drive is disabled. It will not open or anything.

It is a Windows 7 HP machine bought on July 2, 2011.

I hope someone can help me.

Thanks,

Jim
