I have HTTPS turned on my GMail and Facebook accounts.I also have my Yahoo! account connected to my Google account i.e. I use my Google account to login to my Yahoo! account. But Yahoo! doesn't support HTTPS.So suppose that someone targets my Yahoo! account, then will the security of my Google account be at risk ? Does that apply to all linked accounts over the web?

As far as I know Yahoo Mail does support HTTPS.
If your accounts are linked, and you can log on to Google with your Yahoo account, there might be a risk.
You can try out this Firefox extension: HTTPS Everywhere.

Is there any Chrome counterpart of HTTPS Everywhere?
I mean any other extension for Chrome.

KB SSL Enforcer
The implementation is incomplete due to Chrome's limitations, but still usable.
