Alright heres the problem. Im guessing I have some virus or malware on my computer. Everytime I click on the internet explorer icon on my taskbar it says choose the program you want to use to open this file: iexplore.exe and it only has internet explorer as a choice so i choose it. Then it opens up a blank explorer window with another window similar to the first but it has ssvagent.exe instead of iexplore.exe but it still has internet explorer as the only option so i click it again. It then opens two new windows. One is saying "do you want to run or save this file?" name: iexplore.exe, type: Application, 657KB, from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Internet Explorer. If i click run it gives me the very first window (choose which program you want to open iexplore.exe). The second window is the same with ssvagent.exe instead.

Hi lets see what you have

Download OTL to your Desktop

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.
• Select All Users
• Under the Custom Scan box paste this in
  
  netsvcs
  %SYSTEMDRIVE%\*.exe
  /md5start
  explorer.exe
  winlogon.exe
  Userinit.exe
  svchost.exe
  /md5stop
  %systemroot%\*. /mp /s
  hklm\software\clients\startmenuinternet|command /rs
  hklm\software\clients\startmenuinternet|command /64 /rs
  CREATERESTOREPOINT
  
  
• Click the Quick Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
• When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
• Post both logs
