Ok, I have a profile set up on the server that sould get used whenever a student logs on to the network, problem is any changes they make get sent back to the server. A mate told me to make the profile I'd set up a mandatory profile, will this fix the problem and if so how do I do it?

change the file extension for the user profile from .dat to .man.

ie: ntuser.dat to ntuser.man

you'll have to change your folder options so that hidden files can be shown.
