I built a new Windows 7, Intel i5 system with SATA HD. I wish to transfer data from old IDE HD to the new, SATA HD. I am using a USB to IDE bridge connection to transfer the data. The new computer sees the IDE and indicates the device is working correctly. However, I don't know how to "look into" the IDE and transfer the files I want.

The IDE has been set to slave, master with slave, and master. I use Driver Boost to make sure I have the required drivers.

Where do I go now to locate files on the IDE HD I want to upload?
