Hi everybody, im new to this forum :)

I need some help with the compatibility of my components I will be buying with the ones that I already have.
I basically need a new graphics card because someone told me that AMD processors dont go well with Nvidia graphics cards, so my computer ends up crashing all the time, so Im thinking in buying a Radeon HD 6770 graphics card and also upgrading the ram from 2 GB DDR3 to 4 GB DDR3.

So here are my current system specs:

They lied - or just don't know what they are talking about.

If your computer is crashing all the time, it has nothing to do with having a NVIDIA card in an AMD based computer. Something else is the problem - like heat! Or maybe a failing PSU, leaky capacitors, failing RAM. Or the graphics card could be failing, or hot - but again, that is not related to being an AMD computer.

What are your temps? Is the interior clean of heat trapping dust?

Have you scanned for malware?
