My computer keep giving me this message "Error windows/system32/guard32.dll" . How can I fix this?

guard32.dll is a file from Comodo Firewall so one way to fix it would be to reinstall the free Comodo firewall:
http://personalfirewall.comodo.com/
Then if you don't want the firewall, uninstall it (and any ask.com toolbars it may have foisted on you).

IF that doesn't work then post your OTL log as it says to do in the top post in this forum.
