Could you please tell me which browser(s) and versions of the browsers you use as well?

What happens when you click on a link?

And if you get any error messages that will help narrow down the problem, too.
:)

Sharon, if you use IE 7,8,or 9 try the instructions below. If you're not sure which version, just let me know and I can guide you on how to find out.

If this doesn't help or you use another browser besides IE I will need to know the information requested above.

  • At the top of your IE browser click on Tools then from the list in the drop down box click on Internet Options .
  • Under Browsing History click on Delete.
  • Place a check in the Temporary Internet Files, and Cookies check-boxes.
  • Click the Delete button.
  • Click on OK button.
  • Close and restart your browser.

Hi kykandy,

We're going to have to do some troubleshooting here to eliminate possibilities of what may be causing this.

What happens when you right click on the link? Does it work when you choose Open Link in New Window or Open Link in New Tab?

Can you click on any links in websites or is this just in Yahoo Mail?

What Operating System do you have? XP, Vista, Windows7. Is your computer 32-bit or 64-bit?
