Hello,

Would like to see if I can get any help with my pc error code 1402.

Error 1402 Could not open key.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run \OptionalComponents\IMAIL

I get this error massage when I try to up date my Adobe to print.

Is there anyway I can fix this?

Googling your subject turned up this post at the Adobe web site: Error 1402 | Error 1406 | Acrobat, Reader.

Try that, see if it helps.
