I never seen this message before while trying to logoff of windows xp home edition. it reads as:

end program - TificWrapper Window - this program is not responding. to return to windows and check the status of the program click cancel (or end now to end the program immediately).

What is a TificWrapper Window??

TificWrapper-window I am not sure exactly what it is but wrapper-window is often associated with the program Freenet or with Java script, if you have Freenet installed on your computer try uninstalling it to see if it solves your problem, if you do not then try reinstalling Java or updating it to see if it solves your issue.

Hopefully some of the more expert people here will know more and will be able to answer your question more accurately and help you better.
