Try changing your IP. To do this:
Simply open NOTEPAD and type following:

@echo off
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
exit

Save this as "iprenew.bat" and select file types as "All Files"
You will see a batch file you have just created, now simply run the IPRENEW.bat
If you are still having problem, you can know more about Here
Or, you can also use the software "Platinum Hide IP", it needs money actually. You can also use torrents.

But also note that, it may also happen because the mail you are sending is quite spamy, or for some reasons, your mail hosting is recognizing this as SPAM. Or you are blocked by the receiver or by receiver's host. I think changing the IP will help you. THANKS
