Call me old or call me strange but I prefer the classics when the actors and actresses wooed the people and not the special effects. I'm not saying there aren't any good actors or actresses today because there are but so much seems to rely on special effects - especially sci-fi, action and horror. Good special effects can make a movie better but it just seems like a lot of today's movies wouldn't make it without all the computer generated special effects. Yeah, yeah, sounds funny coming from someone who loves computers as much as I do!

My top five classics:

Key Largo
Casablanca (I could make a list of just Humphrey Bogart!)
The Birds (and anything Hitchcock)
Arsenic and Old Lace
Frankenstein (original)
