I switch things up. If the weather is nice, I go hiking or take my bike out. If the weather is not right... I read, write, paint... I think they key is to try all kinds of things even if they do not make sense at that particular time. The more things you try out, the faster you can find your true passion.

I have dogs, it takes a lot of time to care about them (walking, playing, teaching, grooming and cleaning the house). So I always have something to do. But nobody canceled watching movies.

I would normally just slack around and browse on my phone but I really want to work on that too. I think we should still move around and do more useful stuff at home to have a bit of an execise after 8 hours of sitting in front of our computers.

I have a friend that sounds a lot like you.  When he is bored or tired of life in general, he finds that when he helps others, his life is full and meaningful and lifts his spirits big time.  This of course will mean something different to each person.
