Firefox Page Re-direction

I have just updated firefox from 0.8 to 1.04 and in trying to use the updated version I have found that when pages try to automatically redirect nothing happens

ie.
<meta http-equiv='refresh' content='0;url=http://SERVER:10101/SITE/index.php'>
does nothing.

Any suggestions as to what I have to enable to allow redirection
