Internet Disconnects While Download

Hey all, I'm having a issue where my internet will disconnect in middle of download and reconnect in like 10sec. I know its my computer cuz i can play on xbox live no problem all day. I'm running wireless it does not matter I can be wired and it will still do it. It does it while Skype,youtube downloading a file anything that requires a download and its very annoying. Its been doing it for months now and I don't remember when it started. It's not just here I took it to my parents house still did it. So i know its not my router. Any ideas? thx
