Hi my pc recently crashed and I managed to get it up and running again with restoring and rebooting...all my files are accessible bar one which contains photos...when I roll the mouse over each folder within the file it displays the size as if there is content but upon opening the file it's just a white screen, I really don't have a clue so basic instructions much appreciated, if I can recover this file then I intend to upgrade as my pc is 6yr old but these photos are too important to lose thanks
