need help picking between netbook,allinone,laptop

I have a 14 year old who is home school and takes online classes.

We currently have a laptop that she uses it is 3 years old and is an hp running windows xp she needs a new system

netbooks are appealing due to price
notebooks the obvious option
and allinone looks pretty appealing

she only access a system called blackboard online, downloads a few labs which have a huge amount of flash and often take forever to load, other than that she just surfs the web she uses excel, powerpoint, and word

WE DO NOT NEED ANY OTHER FEATURES ON THIS PARTICULAR COMPUTER!! ANYTHING MORE IS A WASTE OF MONEY

please advise, or recommend support why you made your recommendation.
