how to restore to factory settings without recovery disc

I have got a medion akoya s5610 with the recovery disc but i cannot use it because my disc drive is broke is there anyway i would be able to restore it to factory settings without it? Thanks

Doesn't it have a Recovery partition on the hard drive that you can access by pressing a Fn key during boot (usually F11 or Ctrl+F11)?

I couldn't find the manual for your laptop online. If you have it check to see what it says about repairing the operating system.
